Ordering & payment

Ordering products from L´OVINE e-store is very easy. All orders can be placed here. Choose suitable products, fill in the required information and pay for the order.

You can pay for the order immediately after placing the order via the bank link. You can use the following banks to pay: Swedbank, SEB, LHV, Luminor and Coop Pank. You can also pay by credit card or bank transfer.

If you notice an error in the order, you have the opportunity to change the order immediately after placing it. To change your order, write to customer support info@lovine.eu.

After making the payment, we will fill the order and send the package within 1-3 working days. Orders usually reach their destination within 2-15 business days.

We also ship to any European country.

Refund

Yes, of course. The purchased goods have the right to return the goods for 14 days from the receipt of the goods. The returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging. Read more about return policy here.
